How I work & pricing

I specialise in brand identity, graphic design, brochures, technical documentation, marketing assets, and digital design. I also work closely with trusted partners for websites, SEO, copywriting, video and photography - giving you a complete, joined-up service without the big-agency price tag.

My day rate is £400, and most projects are quoted as fixed-price packages so you know exactly what to expect. For retainer partnerships, I create a tailored monthly plan based on your workload, deadlines and preferred ways of working.

Yes, absolutely. I offer free, no-obligation quotes for all projects. We can hop on a quick video call or you’re very welcome to pop into my studio for a coffee and a chat. It’s a relaxed way to talk through your ideas, explore options and get a clear sense of costs—no pressure and no hard sell.

It’s simple. We start with a quick chat about the type of support you need each month—whether that’s regular marketing materials, design updates, technical documents or ongoing creative input. I’ll then put together a tailored monthly package with a set number of hours or deliverables, a clear cost, and priority booking.

Once you’re happy, we agree a start date and I become your go-to designer, ready whenever you need me. Retainers are flexible, predictable, and ideal for businesses that want consistent creative support without hiring in-house.

Once you contact me, we’ll arrange a short video call so I can understand your goals, audience and any design challenges. I’ll then send you a proposal, timeline and a clear cost breakdown. As soon as you’re happy, I’ll get your project booked in.

Timelines, revisions & help

Smaller jobs (social graphics, amends, simple layouts) are usually completed within a few days. Larger projects—such as brochures, brand identity or websites—will follow a clear, agreed timeline so you know exactly when each stage will be delivered.

Every project includes a set number of revision rounds tailored to its size. My goal is always to make the process smooth and collaborative - most clients find their designs come together quickly because communication is clear from the start.

Absolutely. A handful of my clients choose a monthly retainer so they always have a designer on hand—ideal for businesses that need regular updates, marketing materials, social posts, technical documents or ad-hoc creative help.

Yes. I can work within your current brand, refresh it subtly, or help you create something completely new. I’m used to working with detailed guidelines, technical specifications and multi-stakeholder teams.

If my schedule allows, yes. I understand that last-minute deadlines can happen, and I’ll always try to help. Rush fees may apply depending on the timeframe.

If you already have a stand supplier, I can work directly with their specifications; if not, I can recommend trusted partners who can handle the build and installation.
