Case Study: Rapidrop

Rapidrop is a global leader in fire detection and fire suppression equipment, and supporting a company of this scale requires accuracy, clarity and deep sector understanding. As a specialist in fire protection design and technical documentation, I worked closely with their marketing and engineering teams to produce a suite of detailed product literature that aligns with their brand and supports their worldwide distributor network.

A major focus of the project involved developing a comprehensive product range catalogue — a large, technically complex document featuring hundreds of components, specifications and system variations. My role included structuring the information architecture, creating technical diagrams, producing clear dimensioned drawings and presenting data in a format that is easy for installers, engineers and specifiers to navigate.

Alongside the catalogue, I designed multiple marketing brochures that highlight Rapidrop’s manufacturing capabilities, global reach and extensive product portfolio. These materials combine strong visual storytelling with precise technical content, ensuring every page communicates reliability, compliance and product confidence.
